In order to improve employees’ sense of responsibility and enhance team cohesion, our company invited Mr. Zhou, the chief coach of the Backbone Management Consulting Organization on 2th, April. 2021, to conduct a training entitled “responsible team building training” for all the management personels in Jianghai production base.
The training staff was divided into five groups. Through theoretical interpretation, on-site interactions, group activities and other ways, Mr Zhou vividly taught the systematic knowledge and skills of building a responsible team, and provided strong guidance for all the management personnels of Hunan Jianghai.

During the training, everyone took notes carefully, actively participated in the interaction and made speeches, and all groups showed enthusiasm. In the interaction with the teacher, Cheng Ling, the sales director of e-commerce, took the initiative to share the sales case for food-grade ammonium chloride, which won the applause of teachers and colleagues.
In the chapter of the three core competence of the enterprise, Liu Jian, the vice president of the company, also put forward insightful views on the after-sales of ammonium chloride. This combination of theory and practice has been fully affirmed by the teacher. In case by case analysis, colleagues boldly expressed their views and attitudes. While improving their personal consciousness, they also made efforts to cheer for their groups and push the training atmosphere to one climax after another.
